For music fanbases

Your fanbase is already busy. What it isn’t, is organised.

Know your fandom from its data

Who turns up to every watch party, who joins every group order. Not an admin's guess, but a record that accumulates from the fanbase's own activity.

One member's record

  • Member number
  • Tier and season
  • Attendance
  • Points balance
  • Spend
  • Contact (masked)
  • Tags and notes
  • Consent

Written when dues actually clear, not when a form is submitted. Active or lapsed is derived from the season, so nobody has to mark members one by one.

Common questions

Does an admin have to hold fans’ money?

No. Payments go to the fanbase account through a licensed gateway, so no one’s personal account is holding other people’s money.

Does FanHub hold the funds?

Never. FanHub is not a place money rests, it does not pass through us at all.

Can we run several events at once?

Yes. Each event has its own registration, capacity and QR, and they all sit on one fanbase page.
