Common questions
Does FanHub take a cut of dues?
Never. There is no commission, only a flat Rp5.000 paid by the fan, shown as its own line, so the club keeps 100%.
Where does the money go?
Straight to the club, through a licensed payment gateway sub-account. FanHub never holds club funds, so there is no balance to withdraw.
When a season ends, is the member list lost?
No. The list stays, and when a new season opens FanHub emails a renewal reminder to members whose season has ended.
Can we have more than one tier?
Yes. Tiers are the club’s call, you set the price and benefits, and the member card follows.
