The foundation: a member database

Four modules writing to one member record.

A club's member data is usually scattered: a form for sign-ups, a chat group for attendance, the treasurer's own notes for who has paid. In FanHub it all attaches to one person, and every line of it comes from something that actually happened rather than from someone retyping it.

Written when dues actually clear, not when a form is submitted. Active or lapsed is derived from the season, so nobody has to mark members one by one.

  • Unlimited members, forever

    There is no member cap on any plan, including the free one. Member count is never the reason we ask you to upgrade.

  • Your data can leave with you

    CSV export any time, on every plan, with no conditions attached. If you ever move platforms your member list moves too. We bind ourselves to that so you do not have to take it on trust.

  • Every access is logged

    Phone numbers and emails are shown masked. Revealing one is a separate act that lands in the access log along with the name of the person who did it, per UU PDP.

  • Segments from behaviour, not manual tags

    Build a segment from what is already recorded: how many times they attended, how many points, when they last checked in, whether they have ever bought. A segment stores its conditions rather than a list of people, so it never goes stale.
