How it works

Registration closes itself when capacity is reached.

Scan the QR on the day
Volunteers scan on site, attendance recorded, points posted.
A QR that rotates itself
The fan's check-in QR changes every 30 seconds, a screenshot sent to a friend can't be used to fake attendance.
Works with no signal
The scanner queues scans offline and syncs the moment a connection returns, trailheads and basements are safe.
Attendance becomes points
Check-ins post to the ledger and can earn FanPoints, who actually shows up is visible, not just felt.
Paid registration
Paid events use the same checkout as the store: capacity, a QR ticket, and money straight to the club's account.

Common questions
What if the meeting point has no signal?
The scanner keeps working. Scans are stored on the device and sync themselves when signal returns, nobody waits.
Can events be paid?
Yes, at a flat price per person through the same checkout. This is not numbered-seat ticketing, and is not designed to be.
Can an event repeat every week?
Yes. Mark it weekly and the next sessions are created for you, a regular training run does not need rebuilding each week.
Do we need an app or special hardware?
No. Fans use a phone browser; volunteers scan from a phone too.
