Common questions
Is there a cut per sale?
No commission. Only the flat Rp5.000 paid by the fan as a separate line, the club keeps 100% of the item price.
How do you stop overselling?
Stock is held at checkout, not at payment. For a drop the cap is the limit, and the button closes itself once it is reached.
Can we sell member-only items?
Yes. A product can be marked member-only, and a non-member is pointed at joining rather than refused at the till.
Who ships the goods?
The club. FanHub is not the seller and takes no part in the goods, we provide the shop and the order record.
