Module 03 · FanPoints
Attendance & purchase points. 1 point = Rp1
Reward the fans who show up and buy the most: points from check-ins and purchases, redeemed for rewards you define. Every point lives in a clean ledger.
How it works
- 01
Decide how fans earn
Turning up, buying from the shop, joining events. Your call.
- 02
Points post themselves
Every check-in and purchase records its points with no manual tally.
- 03
Redeem for club rewards
Rewards are the club’s. Points come off; the record stays.
Earned only
Points can't be bought, only earned from check-ins and purchases. Funded by the club or a sponsor, so it's clearly not e-money.
A transparent ledger
Every point in and out is recorded and reversible with history, never a number quietly edited.
Rewards you define
Redeem points for discounts, merch, or special access. The value is always clear: 1 point = Rp1.
Automatic expiry
Points expire, so the club's liability never piles up unbounded. And the number is always visible in the finance dashboard.
For fans
Show up, shop, earn
- Points land automatically from check-ins & purchases
- Balance and history always visible
- Redeem rewards with no hidden terms
For organizers
Loyalty under control
- You set earning rates per module
- Point liability visible per funder
- Sponsors can fund their own point pools
Free on every plan
- Everything, earning, redeeming, expiry
- Rewards set and funded by the club
Paid
Nothing in this module is paid. Points sit against the e-money rules, and that boundary is not something we sell.
Common questions
Are points the same as e-money?
No. Points can only be earned, never bought, never cashed out, never moved to another club, and they expire. "1 point = Rp1" is a unit for pricing rewards, not a balance.
Who funds the points?
The club, because the club receives the money. FanHub neither funds nor sells points.
Can fans buy points?
No, deliberately. Purchasable points would make this a financial product, and FanHub will never add it.
Do points expire?
Yes. Every point carries an expiry, so a club’s obligation cannot pile up without limit.

Money goes straight to the club
