For communities & creators
Your community lives on WhatsApp, leave it there.
Only three things need to leave the group: who the members are, who turned up, and where the money went.
Create your communityToday
- Member lists spread across several groups
- Activity money through a personal account
- Attendance counted from chat replies
- A new form for every activity
With FanHub
- One member list the community owns
- Income straight to the community account
- Attendance from a QR scan on site
- One link for every activity
Dues & membership
Collect member dues via membership tiers. Transparent, no commission.
Events & check-in
Manage RSVPs and event check-in. Points for active attendees.
Digital member cards
Every member gets a digital card. The community database is yours.
Modules that work for you
One member record, no manual tallies
Activities, attendance and payments accumulate into member profiles on their own. Your WhatsApp group stays the place to talk; the record lives here.
One member's record
- Member number
- Tier and season
- Attendance
- Points balance
- Spend
- Contact (masked)
- Tags and notes
- Consent
Written when dues actually clear, not when a form is submitted. Active or lapsed is derived from the season, so nobody has to mark members one by one.
Common questions
Do members have to leave WhatsApp?
No. FanHub has no feed and no interest in replacing your group, conversation stays on WhatsApp; only registration, attendance and payment move.
What if our activities are free?
Still works. Free and RSVP events involve no payment at all, and check-in works the same way.
What does it cost a community?
Rp0 a month. The only charge is a flat Rp5.000 on a transaction, paid by the fan and shown as its own line.
