For alumni communities

Your year group only gets loud when someone chases dues.

Dues chased one message at a time, records scattered across files, and no clear answer to who has paid.

One member's record

  • Member number
  • Tier and season
  • Attendance
  • Points balance
  • Spend
  • Contact (masked)
  • Tags and notes

Written when dues clear, not when a form is submitted. Active or lapsed is derived from the season, so there is no marking work to do and no two officers holding different versions of the list.

Common questions

Is alumni data safe?

The club controls its alumni data; FanHub only processes it. Consent is separated by purpose, appearing in a directory is not agreement to receive promotions.

Can it cover several year groups?

Yes. Year groups can be separated by membership tier, and each person still has one card.

What if an alum does not want to be listed?

Then they are not listed. Being named is its own consent, and without it FanHub shows nothing.
