FAQ
Frequently asked questions
Is it really free?
Yes. The Komunitas plan is free forever, and members are never capped: however many you have, keeping their records costs nothing on any plan. What you pay for are the tools to reach and manage them, like campaign announcements and analytics.
Does FanHub take a commission?
Never. FanHub's only revenue is a flat Rp5.000 platform fee per transaction paid by fans, not a percentage. You keep 100% of the price you set.
Where does the money go?
Straight to the club's bank account via payment-gateway sub-accounts. FanHub never holds club funds.
Already using a ticketing platform? Does FanHub fit?
Yes. FanHub does not replace your ticketing. Check-ins and attendance data still flow into one place, whatever your ticket platform. Direct ticketing integration is on our roadmap.
Who owns the fan data?
Your club. Under the PDP law the club is the data controller and FanHub the processor. Export anytime; leave anytime.
